POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for hard-working Warehouse General Laborers who will be at work every day. This is an immediate hire position supporting the plumbing department in the manufacturing of hot tubs and spas. THIS IS NOT A PLUMBING JOB. You will drill holes in hot tubs for jets, grind down the holes, install jets and run tubing, and shrink wrap finished product. When training is completed, the warehouse associate will receive full benefits, production bonuses, and the opportunity to work overtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (Including but not limited to)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (Including but not limited to)
- Drill holes and grind holes down.
- Install jets and run tubing.
- Quality inspection
- Operate hand tools and power tools.
- Prepare product for shipment.
- Adhere to all company safety and organization procedures and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience working in a warehouse / manufacturing setting.
- Familiar with use of hand tools and power tools.
- Familiar with use of measuring devices (I.e., tape measure, calipers, micrometers).
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Communication skills oral and written.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work your assigned schedule (daily attendance is mandatory).
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work 8+ hours standing, stooping, bending, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting.
