The Sales Support Administrator will provide administrative support to our a specific Team. To ensure success, the sales support administrator should have demonstrable administrative expertise and the ability to assist sales and business development teammates in such a way that allows them to concentrate on the work of prospecting, serving current clients, and making new sales.
WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
+ Developing pipelines of potential clients for BD Reps
+ Identifying qualified prospects using a variety of sourcing techniques such as boolean searches.
+ Provide administrative support to BD Reps.
+ Answer and screen internal and external phone calls and emails.
+ Schedule appointments for Sales, Business Development Rep, and clients.
+ Maintain and update client records.
+ Help prepare sales contract, proposals, and agreements.
+ Research and gather information requested by clients.
+ Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
+ Collaborate with teammates on various projects.
