LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
TYPE OF JOB: Full-time
COMP RANGE: $85,000 -$100,000
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Project Manager in the LA Area
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
- Experience leading multiple projects at one time
- Multifamily, Assisted Living, Student Housing, or Tenant Improvement experience preferred
- Provide leadership throughout a project to ensure timely and quality results
- Lead project estimate review, start-up, monthly interim, and closeout meetings
- Facilitate collaborative team processes among project participants including architects, owners, and subcontractors
- Review project plans for constructability and cost feasibility; assist with project risk assessments and prepare scope of work matrices
- Analyze and manage project progress, costs, budgets, and cash flows
- Softwares: MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
