WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Project Engineer in San Francisco, CA
The Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience working for a GC.
- Life Science, Tenant Improvements project experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the physical aspect of commercial buildings, construction, and building systems.
- Working knowledge of commercial leases and service contract forms.
- Familiarity with industry-standard accounting systems.
- An individual should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with an independent work ethic.
