POSITION OVERVIEW:
NCW is seeking Production Workers for job opportunities in Goshen, IN. These are full-time positions supporting assembly. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, a positive mental attitude, dependable, dedicated, disciplined, professional, and will have one or more of the skills listed.

- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) plus.
