POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking experienced Production Workers skilled in brake press operations, loader operations, and/or MIG welding. Available positions are full-time on 1st and 2nd shifts. Pay based on skill set and experience.
OPEN POSITIONS:
- MIG Welder
- Brake Press Operator
- Loader/Operator
- Overhead Crane Operator
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in position applying for.
- Certifications a plus.
- Overhead crane and forklift operation experience preferred.
- Communication skills; verbal and written.
- Ability to use standard measuring tools.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Welders must be able to pass a hands-on welding test.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to lift heavy weights.
- Ability to work 8+ hours/daily standing, stooping, bending, crouching, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling.
- Ability to read and interpret written instructions and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license or state issued photo identification.
- Willingness to give and being able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
