The main function of this new role is to manage the interior, exterior finishes of each project, signage, and FF&E as well as to constantly work with WRS, the Interior Designer, Construction, and Development on the latest trends in the industry and to develop an industry leading finishes, technology package, and resident experience for each project.   This role will cover all projects in the Central Region and will be involved from the time the project is in the SD phase to turnover of the first units and public spaces.  They will set the initial finish package and refine it as necessary with input from all parties, including the integration of the Interior Designer of the common spaces to create one unified project design.    This person needs to have strong interior design skills as well as the ability to support all the regions’ Developer’s unique styles and visions.  This role will report to the Regional Development Director.
