POSITION OVERVIEW:
NCW is seeking General Labor for a full-time job opportunity in Marshville. You will perform various duties including using power tools, machine operations, stacking, sorting, material handling, and/or general cleanup.
JOB DUTIES:
- Follow safety rules always.
- Wear the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) always.
- Machine Operations.
- Stacking
- Sorting.
- General clean-up.
- Use power tools to assemble pallets.
- Move and stack product as directed.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree).
- Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Communication skills verbal and written.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions.
- Ability to work under supervision.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Excellent eye-hand coordination in lining wood and nailing.
- Ability to lift to 25 pounds.
- Physical ability to work 8+ hours/day standing, walking, stooping, bending, crawling, reaching, pulling, pushing, lifting.
- Valid driver’s license or state issued photo identification.
- Willingness to give and being able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
