POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Forklift Material Handler with inventory experience in Union City, GA. This position requires prior experience in warehouse/manufacturing, material handling, forklift operation (Reach Truck, Cherry Picker), and a consistent work history.
JOB DUTIES:
We are looking for a Forklift Material Handler with inventory experience in Union City, GA. This position requires prior experience in warehouse/manufacturing, material handling, forklift operation (Reach Truck, Cherry Picker), and a consistent work history.
JOB DUTIES:
- Inventory control, computer knowledge, receiving experience.
- Operate machinery safely to move material and load trucks (Reach Truck, Cherry Picker)
- Handle incoming shipments.
- Enter all incoming orders into the computer and RF systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all incoming and outbound orders.
- Indoor 80%, outdoor 20%.
- Ensure warehouse and shipping areas are clean and organized.
- Adhere to all company safety and operation procedures and policies.
- Other duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior warehouse material handling experience required.
- Prior forklift operation experience (Reach Truck, Cherry Picker) required. Certifications a plus.
- Prior inventory experience required.
- Ability to effectively lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work 8+ hours standing, stooping, twisting, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, lifting.
- Consistent work history.
- Steel Toe boots required. Additional PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided.
