As a Business Development Representative for our staffing services, you will be an integral part of helping us maintain our forecasted growth trajectory. You’ll connect with our growing customer base while earning new client accounts in the trades industries. Your efforts will directly impact the operations of our valued customers and their staff. + Developing your personal book of business within your respective market
+ Selling NCW services to prospective clients, managing existing accounts within your sector, and actively placing candidates on behalf of NCW clients
+ Facilitating the full-cycle recruitment process for prospective candidates (sourcing, screening, negotiating employment terms, etc.)
+ Tending to onsite management tasks as needed to support your personal book of business
+ Representing the NCW brand through initiatives like job fairs, networking events, and hiring events
+ Sourcing potential customers through creative and traditional mediums to maintain a steady flow of prospective clients
+ Working towards production goals as defined by management
