Bilingual Payroll /Back Office Administrator

As a Back Office Administrator, you will be an integral part of supporting our field employee staff as well as recruiters and salespeople. This role focuses on managing the front desk operations and assists the Payroll Department with tasks related to weekly payroll processing. Your efforts will directly reflect the NCW brand while greeting visitors, solving employee payroll problems and fielding all incoming calls.

+ Greeting & letting in visitors and candidates at the reception desk
+ Answering and directing inbound main line calls to the appropriate person
+ Supporting time collection, entry, and payroll processing efforts for our field employees
+ Assisting with wage garnishments, employment verifications, and unemployment benefits for our field employees
+ Generating reports for Payroll/Operations functions
+ Supporting the administrative duties of the Back office

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Analytical mind with the desire + ability to solve problems
+ Ability to multi-task
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
+ Demonstrated ability to work in payroll software
+ Previous experience in administration, accounting or payroll
+ Fluency in Spanish + English
+ Ability to sit at a desk & use a computer for prolonged periods of time
+ Ability to sit for long periods of time
